Waterproof winter running shoe designed for training and everyday use in the winter months in preparation for spring skyraces. Versatile, light and quick to put on thanks to the Sock-Shield construction, it is perfect for running on different types of off-road terrain thanks to the studable sole with At Grip Spikes.
The grippy sole makes it easier to tackle slippery surfaces and maintain grip on soft or icy terrain thanks to the pronounced lugs and compatibility with removable AT-Grip Spikes. The quick and intuitive lacing system with retractable lace pocket combined with the Sock-Shield collar with slip-on construction performs well and is comfortable with an integrated gaiter to wrap the foot completely without voids and additional gussets: it totally prevents stones, mud and snow from entering. The lacing system is integrated with the structure of the inner upper: this solution makes it possible to adjust the volumes and the level of adherence of the shoe to the foot for a precise and stable ride, even on traverses. The total absence of external seams and the super flexible, waterproof and breathable Gore-Tex membrane make the Tempesta the perfect shoe for athletic training in the winter months.
